About this role
A creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This role will support the promotion of internal training programs, employee development initiatives, and L&D branding across digital channels.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote L&D courses, workshops, and events
Create engaging content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, social-style updates) to drive employee participation
Manage L&D communications and internal collaboration platforms
Design promotional materials (graphics, videos, presentations) for training initiatives
Track engagement metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with L&D trainers and HR to align messaging
Maintain and update L&D branding guidelines and templates
Qualification in Digital marketing, internal communications, or a related field
Strong writing and content creation skills
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms
Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in corporate L&D or HR environments is a plus
