Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
Digital Strategy & SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility across accommodation, conferencing and The Marke Kitchen & Bar.
Digital Channel Optimisation: Manage and optimise our digital channels, including email marketing, website content, SEO, online distribution platforms and internal partner channels.
Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X through engaging content, creative visuals and animations that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience.
Campaign Performance & Revenue Growth: Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities and use performance insights to maximise engagement, drive conversions and achieve revenue targets.
Relationships & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal teams, influencers, content creators and local business partners to develop creative collaborations and expand our reach.

Parental Leave
As staff member, you will receive 10 weeks paid parental leave at full salary for primary career in addition to government-funded parental leave. Part-time and casual equivalent available on a pro-rata basis. In addition, Continuation of superannuation payments while on paid parental leave will remain.
