About the Job:

Kent is looking for Structural Designer to be based in Mumbai / Vadodara Office

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of AutoCAD drawings and / or 3D modelling and extraction of drawings.
  • Follow quality processes for checking and incorporation of comments in drawings and model.
  • Understand & follow the interface management processes within the Project / Program.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members within Department.

Assist with as-building deliverables In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: 

  • ITI in Civil / Mechanical Draftsman ship / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge in detailing of various offshore structures
  • Computer Applications - Windows operating systems
  • Drafting Software – AutoCAD and additionally, MicroStation
  • Experience in 3D modelling and design software such as Inventor, AVEVA E3D and SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)
  • Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards

Communication:

  • Excellent oral and written communication and skills
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Software Tools
