15+ years of QA and Testing experience. 5+ years of Test Management or QA Head experience. Handling Managed Services SLA driven engagement Tools Experience - Jira & Xray, Playwright, Katalon Studio, Postman/Newman, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot, SQL, API & Microservices Testing Strong expertise in Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Core Banking systems. Experience managing large-scale Agile and DevOps delivery programs. Strong understanding of Functional, API, Integration, Automation, UAT, and Performance testing. Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, and Test Governance. Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. Handle team size 40 to 60 team member from multiple location. Define and implement Enterprise QA and Test Strategy. Lead SIT, UAT, Automation, API, Integration, and NFR testing initiatives. Own test planning, estimation, staffing, budgeting, and delivery governance. Establish quality gates across Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive test automation and AI-enabled Quality Engineering adoption. Monitor KPIs including DRE, defect leakage, schedule adherence, and automation coverage. Manage executive stakeholder communication and governance forums. Lead risk management, defect triage, RCA reviews, and release signoffs. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and business quality standards. Mentor Test Managers, Leads, Architects, and QA teams Preffered domain - Banking, Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Lending
