Delivery Manager

Mandatory Experience • 15+ years in QA/automation delivery, including a minimum of 5 years in a people or delivery management capacity equivalent to a Delivery Manager. • Proven track record owning delivery financials and account growth metrics for banking client accounts. • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 15 or more across onshore, offshore, or blended delivery models. • Strong oversight-level understanding of Python, Java, and Playwright-based automation, and of MS Dynamics CRM test automation, without a requirement for hands-on scripting. • A minimum of 5 years of banking domain delivery experience in a leadership capacity. Core Competencies • Automation and Quality Engineering delivery leadership. • Client relationship management with senior stakeholders (QA Heads, Engineering Leaders, Business sponsors). • Commercial and financial acumen — revenue, margin, utilization, and CSAT ownership. • Delivery governance and account growth/mining. • AI-led QE and automation strategy. • Executive communication and presentation. Preferred Technical & Domain Exposure • Exposure to Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, or Digital Banking platforms. • Understanding of cloud-native testing, DevOps, and CI/CD ecosystems. • Exposure to GenAI and agentic AI use cases in quality engineering. • Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms and QE accelerators. • P&L or account management exposure within an IT services context. Key Responsibilities Strategic Delivery Leadership • Own end-to-end delivery of automation and quality engineering programmes across banking accounts, aligning delivery strategy to client transformation objectives. • Drive delivery governance, SLA adherence, quality metrics, and continuous improvement across automation, functional, and data testing workstreams. • Build scalable, transformation-led automation operating models incorporating AI-led and GenAI-enabled QE capabilities.
