· Begin by clearly understanding placement targets and designing a strategic plan to achieve them.
2. Placement Strategy
Note: IT placements are currently more competitive. Placement officers should:
· Understand job requirements thoroughly.
· Ensure students acquire industry-relevant skills.
· Assist students in building strong resumes and professional portfolios.
Execution Plan:
· Conduct 2–3 placement drives per week across various sectors.
· Target 500+ placements within 3–4 months.
· Maintain a 70–75% conversion rate from interviews to job offers.
Networking & Employer Tie-ups:
· Build company connections through job portals: Google, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn.
