🔍 The Role:

The Data Analyst will provide reporting, analytical, and administrative support to the Sales Department by ensuring timely and accurate sales reporting, maintaining data integrity, and providing insights that support decision-making. The role will assist in monitoring sales performance, maintaining reporting dashboards, and supporting day-to-day operational reporting requirements during the maternity cover period.

🚀 How You Can Make a Difference:

Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports within agreed timelines.
• Consolidate and analyze sales performance data across various sales teams.
• Produce reports on key sales metrics, including leads, verified accounts, first-time deposits (FTDs), deposits,

         withdrawals, trading volumes, active clients, conversion rates, and agent productivity.

• Validate data from CRM systems, trading platforms, and other approved data sources to ensure accuracy and

         completeness.

• Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, trackers, and data records.
• Prepare summaries and presentations highlighting key trends and performance insights for management.
• Respond to reporting requests from the Head of Sales and other authorized stakeholders.

Sales Operations Support

• Assist in maintaining accurate client allocation and ownership records within CRM systems.
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of information required for reporting.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up reports for Sales meetings.
• Support documentation and reporting handovers where required.

Client Onboarding Support

• Review client account documentation to ensure completeness before submission for onboarding.
• Liaise with Sales, Onboarding, and Compliance teams to resolve outstanding documentation issues.
• Support operational processes that facilitate efficient client onboarding.

Business Insights

• Analyze sales trends, client behaviour, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor marketing lead performance and conversion rates.
• Assist in identifying performance trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Governance & Compliance

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and commercially sensitive data.
• Ensure reporting activities comply with company policies and data governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and appropriate document controls.

Other Duties

• Perform any other reporting, analytical, or administrative duties assigned by the Head of Sales.

🎯Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a

         related field.

• At least two (2) years' experience in data analysis, reporting, sales administration, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Experience working with CRM systems and preparing management reports.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
