Come join us! The Job We are seeking a data-driven and analytical thinker to serve as our Collections & Delinquency Data Analyst. In this role, you will analyze portfolio performance data to identify trends in customer delinquencies, optimize collection strategies, and mitigate financial risk. Because solar financing involves complex long-term assets (Leases, PPAs, and Loans), you will play a critical role in connecting customer payment behaviors with operational variables, such as system performance, billing cycles, and regional utility changes. The ideal candidate will turn complex data sets into actionable workflows that help us improve the efficacy of our billing and collections efforts while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
