Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 85% of English Proficiency
- Microsoft Software proficiency
- Customer Service Experience its a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Job stability (at previous jobs)
- Problem – solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.
- Patient, helpful, empathetic, good listener & professional
