Hlavní zodpovědnosti:



  • Přijímání všech informací od zákazníků (EDI) ohledně dodávek finálních výrobků a zpětné poskytování informací zákazníkům
  • Příprava výrobního plánu v SAPu podle odvolávek zákazníků jako podklad pro objednávání materiálu MPS, MRP
  • Rozdělování  výrobních dávek do směn a na výrobní linky
  • Plánování  časů nakládek v systému "truck image"
  • Objednávání dopravy
  • Denní komunikace se zákazníky, dopravci, supervizory výroby, expedicí
  • Sledování zákaznických portálů, analýzy získaných dat 
  • Zajišťování činností spojených s dodávkami náhradních dílů zákazníkům 
  • Koordinace  všech logistických činností spojených s finálními  výrobky



Požadavky:


  • středoškolské /vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického nebo technického směru
  • zkušenost v oblasti logistiky, automotive prostředí výhodou
  • aktivní znalost AJ, NJ výhodou
  • znalost SAP,  MS Office, Google apps
  • komunikační dovednosti, analytické myšlení
  • odolnost vůči stresu
