Junior Discipline Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform the FEA simulations.
• Solving the simulation convergence issues.
• Post processing and Results interpretation.
• Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
• Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
• Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
• Time planning, Tracking and updating the status of the customer.
• Document and share best practices.
• Successfully handle multiple priorities.

Education/Training

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a reputed institute or university

Professional Experience

• Candidates must have around 1-3 years of significant professional experience in FEA analysis using Ansys workbench and LsDyna.
• Experience on Meshing using Hypermesh
• Knowledge on plastic materials will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD, Transient) and Optimization will be an added advantage.
• Good in understanding of Automotive Systems
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Good in written and Verbal communication.
• Value added skill Knowledge on Automation/Scripting.

Languages

ENGLISH : Fluent

Knowledge of the French language would be a plus.
