Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming Treasures clients and delivering a premium, professional service experience.
• Manage customer flow within the lounge to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal wait times.
• Assist clients with digital banking onboarding, navigating mobile applications, and utilizing self-service platforms.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve feedback promptly, and escalate complex matters to the respective Relationship Managers.
• Maintain the professional presentation and upkeep of the Treasures lounge environment.
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Adhere strictly to the bank’s compliance, regulatory standards, and security procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-line client relations, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Proficiency in digital applications and technology, with the ability to guide clients on digital platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
