What You Can Expect:
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und berätst sie kompetent bei Fragen sowie im Reklamationsmanagement.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Speditionspartnern und unseren operativen Teams sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation.
- Du behältst die Laufzeitkontrollen unserer Neu- und Großkunden im Blick und trägst aktiv zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
- Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Clearing-Änderungen unserer Speditionspartner.
- Mit aussagekräftigen Reports und Statistiken schaffst Du Transparenz und lieferst wichtige Grundlagen für die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse.
What You Bring:
- Voraussetzung ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (w/m/d).
- Du hast bereits einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundenservice einer Sammelgutspedition.
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und Transportmanagement Software.
- Einsatzbereitschaft, persönliches Engagement und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch zeichnen Dich aus.
