Overview
We are seeking a Credit Analyst in the Dallas office of the Texas Commercial Real Estate Team. This individual will assist in the underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across all asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) and Portfolio Managers (PMs) with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Bank’s established guidelines and policies.
- Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal business partners.
- Ongoing portfolio management including tracking and spreading financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, annual reviews, risk rating changes, and problem loan reports.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and credit requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience
- 1-2 years of banking or finance experience
- Strong business writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
Compensation
