En Turner & Townsend estamos buscando un(a) Cost Control Professional para integrarse a nuestro equipo de proyectos de Data Centers. Si te apasiona el control financiero de proyectos de construcción de gran escala, el análisis de costos y la generación de valor a través de una gestión eficiente, esta oportunidad es para ti.

 Principales Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener presupuestos detallados de proyectos, considerando mano de obra, materiales, equipos y servicios.
• Realizar análisis de costos y proyecciones financieras para asegurar el cumplimiento presupuestario.
• Identificar riesgos financieros y proponer estrategias de mitigación.
• Elaborar y presentar reportes de costos y avances a stakeholders y equipos de proyecto.
• Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos de construcción, procurement y gestión contractual para asegurar una adecuada planificación y control de costos.
• Detectar oportunidades de ahorro y mejoras de eficiencia en diseño y ejecución.
• Gestionar consultores externos (Quantity Surveyors) y validar estimaciones de costos de construcción.
• Mantener bases de datos históricas de costos para apoyar futuros proyectos.
• Definir y monitorear indicadores de desempeño financiero, liderando reportes y análisis mensuales.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de controles SOX cuando sea aplicable.

 Requisitos

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Cost Control o Cost Engineering, idealmente en proyectos de construcción de Data Centers o infraestructura de gran escala.
• Título profesional en Ingeniería, Construction Management, Finanzas o carreras afines.
• Sólido conocimiento en estimación de costos, forecasting financiero y principios de cost accounting.
• Manejo de herramientas y software de estimación y control de costos.
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de comunicación y presentación.
• Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos orientados al cliente.
• Habilidades de organización, priorización y trabajo colaborativo.
• Inglés Avanzado
