Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant with 4–6 years of experience to support and enhance our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP SD configuration, Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with other SAP modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Support SAP SD implementation, configuration, and production support activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
  • Configure pricing procedures, condition types, discounts, taxes, and output determination.
  • Handle sales order processing, returns, credit/debit memo requests, and basic credit management activities.
  • Collaborate with SAP MM, FI, WM, and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain customer master, material master, and pricing master data.
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with the ABAP development team.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments and enhancements.
  • Analyze production issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP SD solutions.
  • Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and provide end-user support and training.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or support activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping.
  • Experience working with Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
  • Exposure to master data management, IDOCs, LSMW, and data migration activities.
  • Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts and functionalities.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • SAP SD Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori applications is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred.
