Job Description
As a Communications Representative, you will play an important role in representing Skillbridge Academy and supporting effective communication with clients, customers, and internal team members.
You will help ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and a positive experience while developing strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and team members.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, programs, and company processes.
Respond to questions and assist with general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organized and accurate communication records.
Support internal communication initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
