Colliers' Gold Coast Investment Services and Industrial & Logistics teams are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Analyst / Sales Associate to join our growing business.

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate. Initially, you will focus on market research, financial analysis, database management and campaign support, while working closely with senior agents across high-profile sales and leasing assignments.

Over time, you will receive mentoring, client exposure and sales training, with the goal of progressing into a front-line sales role within 18 months.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position provides a genuine career pathway within one of Australia's leading commercial real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake market research, sales evidence analysis and property investigations.
• Assist with the preparation of submissions, pitches, appraisals and client presentations.
• Maintain and enhance client, owner and purchaser databases.
• Support marketing campaigns, reporting and transaction management activities.
• Assist with buyer and tenant engagement, inspections and client communications.
• Prepare market updates, comparable sales analysis and financial modelling.
• Work closely with senior agents across investment sales, industrial sales and leasing assignments.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Gold Coast commercial property market and key market participants.

Qualifications

About You

• Degree qualified in Property, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline preferred, but not essential.
• Strong connection to the Gold Coast with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the local property market.
• Highly motivated with a desire to progress into a commercial sales role.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• A proactive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain.
