As we continue to grow across South-East Queensland, Colliers is seeking ambitious and driven Commercial Property Agents to join our high-performing teams on the Gold Coast. Opportunities are available across our Industrial & Logistics, Office Leasing, and Investment Services divisions.

You'll be part of a collaborative and market-leading business, working alongside respected industry professionals and leveraging industry-leading platforms, resources and national relationships to accelerate your success.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, occupiers and developers.
• Identify, secure and manage new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling marketing submissions and client presentations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and leasing campaigns.
• Negotiate successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of your team and the broader Colliers business.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Qualifications

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a commercial real estate agency environment.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
• Proven success in commercial sales and/or leasing in the Gold Coast market.
• Established professional network and a proactive approach to business development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
