About this role
- Coordinate and manage e-auctions through the SAP Ariba platform.
- Coordinate with vendors during auction activities and help them understand the auction process and participation requirements.
- Create and update material codes in SAP for different material categories as per company standards and guidelines.
- Check and verify material details such as specifications, UOM, HSN Code, valuation class, material group and profit centre before creating or updating records in SAP.
- Identify and block duplicate, obsolete or incorrect material codes and maintain proper records for all changes made.
- Carry out bulk data updates in SAP for MRP Controller, ROL Data, Storage Bin, Material Group and other master data fields.
- Resolve Pilog related issues such as material creation errors, extension failures and workflow related problems.
- Maintain proper records of auctions, material codification, approvals and other procurement related activities as per company policies.
- Follow SAP MM, SAP Ariba and company procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with master data standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP MM Module and SAP Ariba platform is required.
