POSITION SUMMARY    The Clinical Skills Program Lead (CSPL), supports the professional growth of the organ operations team. In collaboration with the Clinical Skills Trainers and Director of Clinical Skills & Practices, this role designs and oversees Clinical Skills and Practices (CSP) programs and operations and participates in delivering and evaluating learner-centered and performancebased curricula. The CSPL participates in leading train-the-trainer and mentorship programs, coordinates training, and fosters continuous improvement while ensuring programs and team operations meet industry and organizational quality requirements and best practices. This role participates as a change agent for the organization, identifying and responding to opportunities to improve individual and organizational performance as well as effectiveness of Clinical Skills and Practices programs and operations.
