As a result, this role combines the responsibilities of a fast-paced clinical practice support position with the high-touch, patient-centered coordination required in a specialized inherited disease program.Success in this role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly adjust priorities while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.
0.5 FTE: Retina Practice Support

-Answering and managing telephone calls
-Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating patient appointments
-Scheduling surgical procedures
-Preparing for clinic sessions and completing post-clinic follow-up activities
-Supporting a higher-volume, fast-paced retina clinic that operates several times per month
-Providing additional support during physician on-call weeks, when priorities and workload can shift quickly
