Le Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa recrute des Chefs de Rang.
Vous serez chargé(e) d’assurer un service professionnel et personnalisé auprès de nos clients, tout en veillant au respect des standards de qualité et de service de l’établissement.
Principales responsabilités
- Préparer et assurer la mise en place de son rang.
- Accueillir et accompagner les clients.
- Présenter la carte et conseiller les clients.
- Prendre les commandes et assurer le suivi du service.
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients tout au long du repas.
- Coordonner les opérations avec la cuisine et l’équipe de salle.
- Participer au débarrassage et à la remise en place.
- Veiller au respect des standards d’hygiène et de service.
- Remonter les commentaires et éventuelles réclamations clients.
Profil recherché
- Formation en restauration ou expérience équivalente.
- Expérience dans un établissement hôtelier ou restaurant haut de gamme.
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service.
- Présentation soignée.
- Dynamisme, disponibilité et esprit d’équipe.
- Français et anglais appréciés.
