  • Garantisce la soddisfazione del cliente all'interno del proprio reparto
  • Offre un'accoglienza calorosa e personalizzata
  • Offre un servizio attento e personalizzato in base alle esigenze del cliente
  • Ascolta attentamente il feedback dei clienti e ne cura il follow-up
  • Costruisce solidi rapporti con i clienti, fornisce consigli e promuove la fidelizzazione
  • Conosce approfonditamente e promuove l'offerta del ristorante
  • Partecipa e coordina il servizio
  • Adatta la propria organizzazione, il ritmo di lavoro e le capacità interpersonali in base al volume e alla tipologia di clienti
  • Garantisce la manutenzione delle attrezzature fornite
  • Applica le procedure e le politiche definite dal marchio e dall'hotel

 

Qualifiche

  •  Conoscenza della lingua italiana livello B1 o B2 e della lingua inglese. 
  •  Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata nel ruolo sia in contesti lusso
  •  Massima serietà, professionalità, 
  •  passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working
