Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Change & Communications Lead to lead end-to-end delivery of the Communication and Adoption & Measurement segments of TAWAL's enterprise Data & AI change-management programme. Act as the primary point of accountability, translating the Data & AI strategy into a structured change, communication and adoption plan grounded in Kotter's guiding principles, and ensuring measurable, sustained adoption across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Own the overall change-management and communication approach across both segments, aligned to TAWAL's Data & AI strategy and Kotter-based framework.
- Manage senior stakeholders, sponsors, the Data & Analytics Director and PMO; secure leadership sponsorship and reinforcement.
- Define the communication plan, guiding principles and initiative charters; oversee the seven communication initiatives and six channels.
- Direct the Adoption & Measurement workstream — KPI framework, surveys, dashboards and reporting cadence — and act on adoption insights.
- Lead programme governance: planning, RAID management, status reporting, and change-control in line with the RFP's engagement rules.
- Manage the onsite delivery team, ensuring quality, consistency and on-time delivery.
- Provide executive briefings and immersion sessions, and champion a data-driven culture across TAWAL.
- 10–14 years in organisational change management, transformation communications or enterprise programme delivery.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-wide change or data/digital transformation programmes, ideally in telecom, infrastructure or large regulated organisations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering in the KSA / GCC market with senior stakeholders.
- Organisational Change Management methodologies (Kotter, Prosci ADKAR).
- Enterprise communication strategy, sponsor and stakeholder management.
- Adoption strategy, governance, risk and escalation management.
- Executive engagement, storytelling and briefing.
- Certifications in Prosci / CCMP — required or strongly preferred; PMP — preferred.
- Language: English (fluent, business-level).
