Job Description
- Plan, develop and execute national and international sales campaigns from both a strategic and creative perspective
- Independently manage campaigns in line with defined performance targets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Design, Tech, Legal and local market experts
- Analyse relevant KPIs, evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable recommendations
- Continuously improve existing processes and leverage AI tools to make team workflows more efficient
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable field
- Practical experience in Marketing or cross-functional project management
- Confident working with Google Workspace and/or MS Office, particularly Google Sheets and Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in working with numbers and data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Nice To Have
Interest in process automation and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
