Job Description
- Plan and develop seasonal Home collections in close collaboration with management
- Drive end-to-end product development and buying across different Home categories, with a particular focus on home textiles
- Translate brand direction, market trends, and customer needs into strong, commercial product assortments
- Oversee the full buying process, including product development, sourcing, production, quality control, and delivery
- Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality standards, quantities, timelines, and deliveries
- Analyze product and category performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Ensure smooth workflows and continuously optimize buying and product development processes
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across brand, design, marketing, and operations
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, textile management, buying, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant buying experience, ideally within Home and/or Home Textiles
- Proven buying experience with an established and well-known Home, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand
- Strong knowledge of home textiles, fabrics, materials, product development, sourcing, and production
- Strong commercial understanding, with an excellent sense for trends, competition, pricing, and assortment strategy
- Experience working with international suppliers and managing products from initial concept through to production and delivery
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
