Wir suchen ab sofort für den Standort in Hausach einen CAM Programmierer HSC (m/w/d) im Bereich Werkzeugbau. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) zu besetzen.Als CAM-Programmierer HSC (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Programmierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HSC-Fertigung.
Job Description:
- Erstellung und Optimierung von CAM-Programmen für HSC-Fräsmaschinen mit Tebis
- Planung und Steuerung von Fertigungsprozessen auf Basis technischer Zeichnungen und 3D-Daten
- Entwicklung und Standardisierung von Fertigungsstrategien, Werkzeugbibliotheken und CAM-Standards
- Programmierung, Einrichtung und Betreuung von CNC-gesteuerten HSC-Fräsmaschinen sowie Dreh-Fräszentren
- Anpassung und Optimierung von CAD-Modellen sowie Konstruktion von Elektroden und Vorrichtungen
- Weiterentwicklung der Tebis-Systemlandschaft und Röders-Programmierung
- Verwaltung, Vermessung und Optimierung von Werkzeugen und Spannmitteln
- Durchführung von Mess-, Prüf- und Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben mit moderner Messtechnik
- Fertigung von Werkzeugen, Prototypen und anspruchsvollen Einzel- bzw. Kleinserienteilen
Required Skills and Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich, z. B. als Zerspanungs-, Werkzeug- oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Fräsbearbeitung, idealerweise im HSC-Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung, vorzugsweise mit Tebis
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen und 3D-Modellen
- Kenntnisse in Messtechnik und Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise mit 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und MS Office
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit sowie bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Offenheit für neue Technologien und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
