Als Business Development Representative (m/w/d) baust du aktiv unsere Pipeline auf, sprichst neue Kund:innen an und arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Executives zusammen - als Teil eines internationalen Teams mit Kolleg:innen in Manchester und Boston.
Die Rolle ist hybrid mit zwei Office-Tagen pro Woche in Hamburg.

Wen wir suchen
- Ehrgeizige:r Selbststarter:in mit Erfahrung in verschiedenen Outreach-Kanälen - Cold Calls, E-Mail und Social Media
- Freude daran, Menschen zu überzeugen und die Ausdauer dranzubleiben
- Erste Erfahrung im Aufbau einer Sales-Pipeline, ob als BDR oder aus dem Vertrieb - kein Studienabschluss erforderlich
- Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit echtem Lernwillen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

- Outreach-Strategien entwickeln und smarte Routinen etablieren
- Alle Aktivitäten strukturiert in Salesforce dokumentieren
