Business Controller - FP&A

1. Build annual business plan and rolling forecasts; maintain assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities.
2. Forecast revenue, bookings, collections, cashflows and margins; highlight risks and mitigation actions.
3. Run monthly business reviews with dashboards on KPIs, variances, drivers and corrective actions.
4. Provide profitability analysis by project/segment/channel; recommend levers to improve returns.
5. Support pricing/scheme decisions with analytics, guardrails and approval-ready packs.
6. Evaluate capex/investment proposals; track returns vs plan and benefits realization.
7. Improve MIS quality: KPI definitions, data hygiene and automation requirements with IT/teams.
8. Partner SBUs/projects on decision-making; challenge assumptions and drive outcome accountability.
 

Qualification-

Essential    CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; qualification to match role seniority.
Desirable/Preferable    CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems.
