วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน : รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานเบื้องต้น และควบคุมดูแลให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของบริษัท โดยเฉพาะวิธีการดำเนินงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations Standard) เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์และสร้างความพึ่งพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100% ความรับผิดชอบหลัก : 1. ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 2. ตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการเปิดร้านและความเรียบร้อยในการปิดร้าน โดยใช้ checklist 3. ให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้าและสร้างความพึ่งพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 100% 4. รับสินค้าต่างๆ จาก supplier และดูแลการจัดเก็บให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 5. นับสต็อกสินค้า 6. วางแผนจำนวน / ปริมาณสินค้าที่ต้องเตรียมและมอบหมายให้พนักงานจัดเตรียม 7. ตรวจเช็คความสะอาดของร้านและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ 8. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน SOO 9. จดบันทึกปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการทำงาน เพื่อถามหรือประชุมกับผู้จัดการร้าน 10. ควบคุมเงินสดภายในร้าน 11. ลงบันทึกสินค้าที่เสียหาย 12. ตรวจเช็คการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบของบริษัท 13. สื่อสารนโยบายหรือวิธีการปฏิบัติงานจากผู้จัดการร้านกับพนักงาน 14. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการร้าน คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน : 1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในธุรกิจอาหารและบริการ 3. มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ 4. มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์ 5. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร 6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ความสามารถประจำตำแหน่ง : 1.
