About this role
Booking Consultant
ICG Medical is looking for a driven and customer-focused Booking Consultant to join our team.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll build strong client relationships, understand staffing needs and play a key part in booking healthcare professionals into shifts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Make daily calls to clients and candidates to secure bookings
- Identify new opportunities and support the growth of your region
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries quickly
- Work closely with Recruitment, Compliance and Finance teams
- Track booked hours, calls and KPIs to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven and results-focused approach
- Confidence speaking with international clients
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Someone who is proactive, resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
