Bilingual Business Development Representative - French

About the Role

As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you will have the training and tools to evangelize our

organization and help generate new business by outbound prospecting into an assigned territory. By

working closely with Account Executives, you will create account lists, prioritize outreach, and generate

qualified sales opportunities that ultimately help fuel the continued growth of Copado.

What You'll Do

• Drive net-new business opportunities across French-speaking markets using cold calling, personalized emails, video messaging, and creative social prospecting
• Partner closely with Account Executives to research target personas, prioritize high-volume accounts, and source pipeline that directly drives closed revenue
• Discover prospect initiatives through thorough qualification while communicating Copado's core ROI and value over pure technical functionality
• Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging modern sales tools to adapt to objections and evolving team strategies

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of professional inside sales experience (preferably in SaaS/tech) with mandatory fluency in French
• Based locally to Central London - this role will require working in person collaboration and 3 days a week working on site in our London office with the team.
• Proven track record of high-volume cold outreach into greenfield/whitespace accounts with consistent quota and KPI achievement
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume accounts, and balance time effectively in a fast-paced environment
