About the Role 

The successful BI Team lead, will play a key role in managing and growing a team responsible for delivering impactful data products and solutions.

As a BI Team Lead, you will oversee the personal and professional development of your team, while also being the main point of contact for client-facing data initiatives. You’ll drive data strategy and contribute to new initiatives that support cross-company objectives. This role involves collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions. You will also enhance the company’s understanding of key business metrics by building automated tools and insightful visualizations in a rich data environment.
You will also be responsible for integrating AI and machine-learning capabilities into BI solutions, including developing automation processes and AI agents to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a BI Lead or BI Team Lead role
• 5+ years experience with BI/data analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in working with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
• Proven experience designing user flows e2e and user-friendly representations of data for various stakeholders
• Experience with AI/ML tools or integrating AI into BI workflows
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with ETL\ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)
• Great analysis abilities and strong business orientation
• Capacity for systemic thinking and a proven ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
• Highly adaptable to a fast-moving workplace, full of energy, quick to learn, and driven by a "make it happen" attitude
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
