Overview

 

Group 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Denton, part of the growing Group 1 Automotive organization, is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join its service team. Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Responsibilities

 

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize dealership diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with dealership policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality repairs and professionalism.

 

Qualifications

 

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience preferred; mainline technician experience highly desired.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across automotive systems.
• Basic computer and diagnostic software proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to supply and maintain personal tools appropriate to experience level.
• Ability to meet productivity and performance goals
• Valid Driver License
