Our sales consultants help customers understand their options and feel confident about their purchase. Listening, building relationships, and treating people well are essential to success here.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives.
• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits.
• Work with sales management and finance to guide customers through the buying process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and previous customers.
• Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.
• Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and current dealership promotions.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Help keep vehicles and the showroom ready for customers.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, or another sales role can be helpful, but it is not required.

We’re prepared to help the right candidate learn vehicle knowledge, our sales process, customer follow-up, and dealership systems. You bring the effort and willingness to grow; we’ll provide guidance as you develop your skills.
