Come build your success with us!   Key Responsibilities Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, and help identify the right Acura vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle. Present Acura models, features, technology, warranties, and ownership benefits in a clear and professional way. Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while following dealership procedures. Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial inquiry and vehicle selection through final delivery. Use follow-up tools and dealership CRM processes to manage leads, appointments, sold customers, and prospective buyers. Build long-term customer relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and strong customer satisfaction. Stay current on Acura inventory, product updates, incentives, financing and leasing options, and market trends. Partner with sales managers, finance, and fellow sales consultants to meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals. Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom experience for every customer.   Qualifications Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and closing skills. Professional, positive attitude with the ability to build trust and create a great customer experience. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ability to learn vehicle product information, technology features, and dealership sales processes. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Interest in Acura, luxury vehicles, and the automotive industry is a plus.
