Turn Data into Evidence. Turn Insights into Impact.

At KordaMentha, we solve some of the most complex and high-profile challenges facing organisations today. As an Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering forensic and analytical engagements that make a tangible difference for clients. You'll:

  • Analyse large and complex financial, payroll and transactional datasets to identify trends, anomalies and areas of risk.
  • Build and enhance analytical, financial and statistical models that support investigations, remediation programs and high-stakes decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into compelling insights through reports, dashboards, visualisations and presentations.
  • Work directly with clients, legal advisers and senior stakeholders to understand challenges and communicate findings.
  • Manage key engagement deliverables, balancing multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Help drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, methodologies and analytical capabilities.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and business development initiatives that support the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in data analytics, forensic analytics, financial modelling, consulting or a related field.

  • Demonstratred experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making.
  • A degree in Data Analytics, Actuarial Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
