We are relied upon by our clients worldwide to deliver engineering, scientific, and consulting capabilities supported by niche manufacturing.

Do you want to use your passion for engineering to create innovative solutions to some of the world’s most complex challenges?

What we can offer you

  • A 2-year accelerated development program designed to fast-track your career.
  • The opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world engineering projects across a diverse range of market sectors.
  • Ongoing support to help you progress your professional development and achieve your long-term career goals.
  • Structured technical and soft-skills training within a consultancy environment.
  • A culture that recognizes and celebrates your achievements.
  • Collaboration with a global graduate community, expanding your professional network and exposure across the organization.
  • Potential opportunities to support overseas projects through rotation assignments.

Who we are looking for

Ricardo is seeking the next generation of highly motivated engineers who are eager to build a career in engineering consulting by joining our global team as Associate Engineers. You will apply your specialist skills in mechanical, automotive, mechatronic, controls, electrical, software, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering to help our clients solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of market sectors, including passenger cars, heavy‑duty and commercial vehicles, marine, off‑highway, defense, and aerospace.

Upon joining, you will be assigned to one of our core engineering capability teams: Design, Systems, Control, or Electrical Engineering.

Where client programs allow, you will have opportunities to rotate across multiple teams, enabling broad technical growth and developing deep insight into consultancy delivery across our business.

We welcome candidates with a strong interest in engineering consulting and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, Robotic, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Software-related).

Beneficial experience and qualities

While not essential, it would be advantageous for candidates to have: A major in one of the core engineering disciplines, complemented by a minor or concentration such as:

  • Minor in another engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical with a Mechanical minor, or Robotics with a Software minor), or concentration in areas such as Power Electronics or Chassis Design.
  • Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering.
  • Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.

This major-minor combination enables graduates to bring both deep technical capability and broader commercial, analytical, or systems-thinking skills that are valuable in a consulting environment.

  • An interest in mechanical or electrical engineering hobbies such as motorsport, restoration projects, Formula Student, or similar hands-on technical activities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point; Access advantageous).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
