About this role

  • Manage full set of accounting duties, treasury and company secretarial functions independently under tight deadlines
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and reconciliation, including month-end & year-end closing, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, tax schedules, etc.
  • Assist the Manager in developing subordinates with the right capabilities to achieve the business needs and to maintain smooth operations
  • Review redemption and refinance reports and prepare funding for various purposes
  • Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues
  • Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage
  • Good English and Chinese typing skills
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
