About this role
Mantener los edificios, oficinas y otras instalaciones asignadas en condiciones limpias y ordenadas. Puede ser asignado para ayudar a mantener los terrenos. Puede ser necesario viajar de un edificio a otro.
Responsabilidades:
Limpiar pisos, paredes, diferentes tipos de mobiliario; desinfectar baños, así como limpiar alfombras, entre otros.
Realizar otras tareas de rutina, como desempolvar muebles, tirar basura, limpiar, etc.
Opera pulidoras, aspiradoras, sopladoras y entre otras máquinas, y ayuda a mantener el equipo en condiciones de trabajo.
Comprensión básica de las herramientas utilizadas para realizar pequeñas reparaciones.
Puede ayudar en la siembra, deshierbe, eliminación de flores muertas, limpieza de áreas plantadas.
Se asegura de que el área asignada se mantenga adecuadamente según los estándares establecidos.
Requisitos:
Secundaria o bachillerato.
Conocimientos generales de herramientas y equipos de limpieza, tales como aspiradoras etc.
Capacidad para poder agacharse, subir escaleras, permanecer parado durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo, cargar más de 13 kg. etc.
Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar de lunes a domingo con 2 dias de descanso.
Ofrecemos:
$9,600.00 (Bruto mensual).
