This role establishes architectural standards, drives long term technology direction, and influences enterprise wide technology decisions that support business strategy. The Architect partners with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and business leaders to solve the organization's most complex technical challenges while ensuring architectural consistency, governance, and long term sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and maintain the architectural vision, standards, and technical roadmap across multiple products, platforms, or engineering domains.

• Lead the design and review of highly complex, cross functional systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.

• Establish enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering standards that promote consistency across engineering teams.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Data leaders to align technology decisions with business strategy and product roadmaps.

• Serve as the highest level technical advisor for complex architectural decisions, modernization efforts, platform evolution, and technical risk management.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural approaches, developing recommendations that improve engineering capabilities and long term technology investments.

• Drive cross functional technical initiatives that span multiple engineering teams, including platform modernization, cloud adoption, integration strategy, and technical debt reduction.

• Lead architecture reviews, ensuring major technology initiatives align with enterprise standards and long term architectural direction.

• Mentor Principal Engineers, Technical Leads, and senior engineers by providing technical guidance and fostering architectural excellence across the organization.

• Influence engineering strategy through technical thought leadership, balancing business priorities with long term platform sustainability and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 12+ years of progressive technology experience with significant expertise in enterprise software architecture and distributed systems.

• Demonstrated experience defining enterprise architecture strategy across multiple technology domains and complex business environments.

• Expert knowledge of cloud native architecture, integration patterns, API strategy, security architecture, and modern software development practices.

• Proven ability to influence executive and technical leaders while driving alignment across engineering, infrastructure, security, product, and business organizations.

• Strong understanding of architecture governance, technology roadmaps, and enterprise modernization strategies.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting technical strategy to senior leadership.

Compensation Range:

$144,368.00

to

$216,552.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
