Appointment Setter - South Africa (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (Strictly South Africa-based only)
Salary: Up to £1,100 / month + commission

ABOUT THE COMPANY: 

The client is launching an AI platform that helps brands scale their presence and performance on TikTok. We're looking for an ambitious Appointment Setter to join us at launch and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder, help bring a new product to market, and grow into a larger sales team as the business scales.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The product is ready to launch, and we need someone who can start immediately.

Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified opportunities by engaging prospective customers, handling objections, qualifying interest and booking product demonstrations into the sales team's calendar.

This is a highly results-driven role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in an outbound sales environment and wants to grow with a fast-moving AI business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound outreach.
• Qualify leads and book high-quality product demonstrations.
• Confidently handle objections and progress prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Work closely with the founder to improve messaging and conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve appointment booking KPIs.
• Participate in regular coaching, training and feedback sessions.
• Help build processes as the sales team expands.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in Appointment Setting, SDR or Business Development.
• Proven outbound sales experience.
• Excellent objection handling skills.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with TikTok, social media platforms or digital marketing.
• Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
• Experience selling to marketing agencies, brands or marketing decision-makers.
• Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
