AP - Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Pear Tree. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases. You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and identify candidates who closely match our clients’ needs. Strong research, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively source niche talent are essential for success in this position.

Position: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: PHP35,000 to PHP40,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions: AU business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms, applying targeted search strategies for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit, interest, and qualification alignment for AU/NZ mortgage support roles.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS.
• Collect and manage candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials.
• Coordinate and track completion of typing assessments to ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth progression of candidates through the early stages of the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment.
• Experience with an IT service-based business, with Microsoft industry experience being a plus.
• Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows.
• Hands-on experience using ATS tools, preferably Workable.
• Proven and hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is required.
• Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and people skills, with confidence in candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
• Ability to accurately review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
