About this role

Position Summary:

The Creative Technologist plays a key role in shaping how creativity and technology come together within HOME, Wellcom's AI-enabled production ecosystem. This role partners with creative, production, and development teams to explore innovative ways AI can enhance ideation, content creation, production workflows, and client solutions.

The ideal candidate is both creative and technically curious, bringing an understanding of design, storytelling, and emerging AI technologies to develop scalable creative workflows. They will help ensure AI serves as a creative partner—enhancing efficiency while maintaining the quality, originality, and strategic thinking that define Wellcom's work.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and AI development teams to design AI-enhanced creative workflows.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools for creative applications across design, content, video, photography, CGI, and production.
  • Develop prompt libraries, creative templates, and workflow standards to support HOME users.
  • Test and validate AI-generated creative assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with AI Developers to improve user experiences and creative functionality within HOME.
  • Prototype AI-powered creative concepts and production solutions for internal teams and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline creative production through automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practices for AI-assisted creative production.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in generative AI, creative technology, and digital production.
  • Champion responsible, ethical, and human-centered use of AI throughout the creative process.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Technology, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, production environment, or in-house creative team.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes across digital, print, video, and content production.
  • Experience using generative AI platforms to support creative workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, Veo, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
  • Experience supporting content production, photography, video, CGI, or VFX teams.
  • Basic understanding of APIs or AI integrations is a plus.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or training on emerging technologies.
