About this role
Mighty Animation is looking for an AI Creative Director to lead the creative vision of innovative animation and visual content projects. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging AI, prompt engineering, storytelling, and video editing to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences.
You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop concepts, create visual proposals, edit presentations and animatics, and integrate AI into modern creative workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative vision from concept through final delivery.
- Translate client goals into engaging visual storytelling.
- Develop concepts, keyframes, style frames, and visual presentations.
- Create effective prompts for AI-powered image and video generation.
- Integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve quality and efficiency.
- Edit videos, animatics, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Guide and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Present creative work to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Research and implement emerging AI tools and creative workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Lead, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, visual development, and creative leadership.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
