Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our mobile and web performance advertising business in the US market.

The role will focus on identifying and onboarding direct advertisers and agencies offering campaigns across CPI, CPA, CPT, CPL, and CPQL buying models. The ideal candidate should have strong industry relationships, experience with MMP-tracked mobile campaigns and web-based lead-generation campaigns, and a proven ability to generate sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Identify and onboard direct advertisers, brands, and performance marketing agencies across the US market.
  2. Build a strong pipeline of mobile and web campaigns across CPI, CPA, CPT, CPL, and CPQL buying models.
  3. Acquire direct MMP-tracked mobile campaigns using AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava, Branch, and other attribution platforms.
  4. Onboard web-based lead-generation campaigns, including form submissions, qualified leads, calls, registrations, and customer acquisitions.
  5. Develop opportunities across Fintech, Finance, Insurance, Casino, Sports Betting, VPN, Travel, Utilities, Home Services, and other scalable categories.
  6. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and campaign launch.
  7. Understand advertiser KPIs such as installs, registrations, deposits, subscriptions, transactions, approved leads, qualified leads, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS.
  8. Negotiate campaign payouts, budgets, payment terms, validation criteria, lead rejection policies, chargeback conditions, and reporting requirements.
  9. Work closely with the account management and supply teams to ensure traffic quality, compliance, campaign scalability, and achievement of advertiser KPIs.
  10. Maintain an accurate pipeline covering account status, campaign requirements, budgets, projections, and expected launch timelines.
  11. Build long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies to secure recurring campaigns and increased budgets.
  12. Ensure campaigns comply with applicable US advertising, data privacy, financial services, casino, and betting regulations.

Required Experience and Skills :

  1. 3–5 years of experience in mobile or web performance marketing, advertiser acquisition, business development, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising sales.
  2. Proven experience onboarding direct advertisers or agencies for the US market.
  3. Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPT, CPL, and CPQL buying models.
  4. Experience with both MMP-tracked mobile campaigns and web lead-generation campaigns.
  5. Understanding of attribution, postbacks, tracking links, pixels, events, lead validation, fraud prevention, and reporting.
  6. Existing relationships with US advertisers, agencies, app developers, affiliate networks, or lead-generation companies.
  7. Experience across relevant verticals such as Fintech, Finance, Insurance, Casino, Sports Betting, VPN, Travel, Utilities, or Home Services.
  8. Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  9. Ability to independently build and convert a qualified sales pipeline.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators :

  1. Number of qualified advertiser and agency opportunities added to the pipeline.
  2. Number of direct mobile and web campaigns successfully onboarded and activated.
  3. Monthly revenue and gross profit generated from new accounts.
  4. Campaign budgets secured and successfully launched.
  5. Volume and quality of approved leads, qualified leads, installs, transactions, and acquisitions.
  6. Time taken from initial contact to campaign activation.
  7. Percentage of onboarded accounts generating recurring revenue.
  8. Advertiser retention, campaign renewals, and budget growth.
  9. Accuracy of pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting.

Compensation Structure :
The role may include a fixed salary or monthly retainer along with performance-based incentives.
