Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including bulk hiring.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Prepare and coordinate offer-related documentation and ensure timely offer release.
• Track candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records in the HRMS/ATS.
• Conduct and coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Take ownership of assigned recruitment targets and proactively work towards closures.
• Support other HR activities and responsibilities during periods of lower recruitment volume.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in core HR/recruitment.
• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience using HRMS/ATS platforms for recruitment and candidate management.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals/recruitment platforms will be highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work against monthly assigned recruitment targets and consistently achieve hiring closures within defined timelines.
• Highly proactive, organised, and target-orientated.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment requirements.
• Willingness to take up broader HR responsibilities beyond recruitment when required.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
