Job Summary
The Change Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing standard and low-risk IT infrastructure and application changes in accordance with the ITIL Change Management process. The role ensures that all changes are properly assessed, approved, communicated, scheduled, implemented, and documented while minimizing business disruption and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process change requests submitted by technical teams. Ensure all change records contain complete implementation, validation, rollback, and risk assessment details. Classify changes as Standard, Normal, or Emergency based on established guidelines. Perform initial impact and risk analysis for submitted changes. Ensure adherence to Change Management policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Skill Requirements
Understanding of ITIL Change Management processes. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and networking concepts. Experience with ITSM tools such as: ServiceNow BMC Remedy Jira Service Management Ivanti Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent coordination and organizational abilities. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a 24x7 global support environment if required. Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
