Opis posla i odgovornosti:
- briga oko administrativnog dijela procesa transporta
- pregled dokumenata
- pribavljanje dokumentacije koja nedostaje
- unos podataka u IT programe i ažuriranje
Idealan kandidat ispunjava slijedeće uvjete:
- min. SSS (prednost smjer cestovni promet, administrativna zanimanja)
- 2 godine iskustva na poslovima administracije
- visoka informatička pismenost
- sposobnost komunikacije na engleskom jeziku
- detaljnost, brzina i motivacija za rad
- izvrsnost u pisanoj i usmenoj komunikaciji
- samoinicijativnost i osjećaj odgovornosti
- sposobnost brze prilagodbe dinamičnom okruženju
